Garden Gate

The site enjoys several diverse sections and our site plan was designed to take advantage of each one.  As you enter the site, a winding 600’ long section of road passes by a portion of the Wet Meadow on the left and the orchard to the right.  What a great way to de-compress, and transition to this bucolic setting.  Some of the homesites in this built-out neighborhood enjoy spectacular views of the Hartford skyline, while others are located in a wooded bowl, a more private setting.
